4. Tracking

All orders include tracking.

You will receive your tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.


5. Delivery Issues

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may:

  • Attempt redelivery
  • Hold the parcel at a local pickup point
  • Return the parcel to the sender

Orders within the European Union do not incur additional customs fees.

7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure that all shipping details are correct at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel cannot be delivered, NOIRÈVE is not responsible for replacement or refund until the package is returned to us.
